- 1. This is a watch-first wave if you are not a regular. Sit on the sand at Ehukai and learn the sets before you think about paddling.
- 2. West swell lights it up. North swell can make it a closeout. Check the direction, not just the size.
- 3. Parking on Kamehameha Highway fills early. Walk in from Ehukai Beach Park. Do not leave valuables in the car.
